We collect as little information as possible, and only for specific reasons. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to exercise your rights.

What we collect, and why

When you browse the site

You can browse the site without giving us any information. Like any website, our hosting provider records technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) in logs used for security and to keep the site running.

Cookies

The site uses two kinds of cookies:

• Strictly necessary, always active: they remember your cookie choices. They are not used for tracking.
• Audience measurement, only with your consent: Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (Google) tell us the number of visits, the pages viewed and where visitors come from, so we can improve the site. These statistics are not used for advertising.

Audience measurement cookies are off by default: they are only set if you click “Allow all cookies” or turn them on in “Cookie settings”, in the bar shown on your first visit. Your choice is kept for 12 months, then you are asked again.

When you apply

The Apply form collects your identity and contact details, your professional project, your answers to our questions (soft skills, “your X”, governance tools), your résumé and, if you wish, a link to a video and a message. This information is used only to review your application, contact you and, during the retention period, offer you other opportunities that match your profile. You provide it with your consent, which you give by checking the box for that purpose.

Who has access

Only the members of our team in charge of recruitment can view applications, in an administration area protected by a username and password. We do not sell or rent your information.

To run the site, we use service providers, who do not use your information for any other purpose:

• Vercel: website hosting;
• Neon: database where applications are stored;
• Resend: sending application emails;
• Vimeo: playing the video capsules, only when you start a video (player set up without tracking);
• Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics: audience measurement, only if you agree.

Some of these providers are located outside Québec, notably in the United States. Your information may therefore be stored or transit there, with appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Applications are kept for no more than 24 months, so that we can contact you if an opportunity matching your profile arises, and are then deleted automatically. You can ask for them to be deleted sooner, at any time.

How we protect it

Communications with the site are encrypted (HTTPS). Applications and résumés are never accessible through a public link: only the authorized team can view them, after signing in.

Your rights

At any time, you can:

• ask to see the information we hold about you;
• have it corrected if it is inaccurate;
• withdraw your consent and ask for it to be deleted.

Just write to us (see below). We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
